If you are an established client with Impact Counseling, you have 24-hour access to your secured account to request appointments, make payments, and send secured emails to your counselor.  This portal accesses your confidential clinical records and Impact works hard to protect your confidentiality.  We recommend when accessing your account, you do not use a public computer, unsecured wifi, or save your password on a shared home computer.  Please contact our office during business hours if you experience any difficulties or need to reset your password.
